Bio

Sweet River is a Pagosa Springs based indie-folk-rock trio that combines upbeat vocal harmonies, rhythmic guitar, driving cello and lively fiddle. The band crafts songs that echo a deep love for the outdoors, storytelling and high-altitude living. Their performances weave "Appalachian-meets-orchestral" arrangements into a foot-stomping parade of fun-filled live music.  You’ll hear covers from the timeless grit of Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, and John Prine to contemporary artists including Kacey Musgraves and Lord Huron, alongside indie-grass favorites like Trampled By Turtles, Railroad Earth, Caravan of Thieves and many more.

Sweet River is Sean Meade (guitar, vocals, harmonica and stomp pad), Pamela Meade (cello and vocals).
